What Submello does

We use the dates and prices you provide to display subscriptions and schedule reminders. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and checking the provider's terms. Submello does not access your bank or cancel subscriptions for you.

Reminders

Reminders are sent daily using UTC dates. Spam filters, outages or an incorrect address may prevent delivery. The service helps you track dates but does not guarantee that you will not be charged. Keep your own reminder for essential deadlines too.

Free and Pro

The free plan includes up to 2 active subscriptions, including trials, and one reminder per charge. Pro offers unlimited subscriptions and multiple reminders for a one-time payment of 19 US dollars. “Lifetime” refers to the operating lifetime of Submello. There is no automatic renewal.

Payment and support

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro access is activated after payment confirmation. For problems, refund requests or to exercise rights related to your purchase, contact the operator with your receipt. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Fair use

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages, access someone else's account or disrupt its operation. Accounts may be suspended in cases of confirmed abuse.
