Submello only uses the information needed to track your subscriptions and send you reminders.

Information we store

Your email address, your name if you provide it, your subscription details and reminder preferences. We also store Stripe payment identifiers, reminder delivery records and temporary counters to prevent abuse.

How do we use it?

To sign you in, show your dashboard, calculate upcoming dates, send reminders and activate your Pro purchase. No bank access, no selling your data, no targeted advertising.

Services we use

Supabase hosts accounts and data. Resend delivers emails. Stripe processes payments: Submello does not store your card details. The application is designed to be hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data they need for their role; their location depends on the service configuration.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. The application does not set advertising cookies. If enabled, technical analytics only record the name of an action, without your email address or subscription details.

Retention and control

You can delete subscriptions and turn off reminders in settings. Account data is retained while the account exists. To request a copy of your data or account deletion, contact the operator. Stripe may retain certain purchase records to meet its obligations.
