Do you connect to my bank?
No, never. You add subscriptions yourself. We don't ask for access to your bank account.
Can Submello cancel subscriptions for me?
No. We remind you in time, but you cancel directly with the service. You can then mark it as cancelled in Submello.
How will I get reminded?
By email, at your account address. Choose a reminder 7, 3 or 1 day before, or on the charge date. Pro lets you choose several. Dates are processed in UTC.
What happens after my free trial?
Unless you mark it as cancelled, Submello treats it as a paid subscription, applies the post-trial price and calculates the next charge. Always check the service's terms.
Why lifetime pricing?
